JOB SUMMARY: The overall care of our customers during their stay, given through hospitality and service.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform the procedure of Check-in and check-out of all hotel guests
- Ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between Front Office and all other departments within the hotel.
- Handle allcomplaint and feedback from guests.
- Handle all cash and payment transactions with utmost accuracy.
- Pre‑set availability and rate controls and ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
- Act as Reservation Clerk such as: phone call reservation, walk-in guest reservation ...
- Perform any assignment as delegated by the superior.
RESPONSIBLILITY:
- Present a smiling and welcoming personality to the guests at all times.
- Responsibility for an efficient and smooth check-in and check-out of all hotel guests according to established procedures.
- Requests are handled in a polite, efficient manner and a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
- Ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between Front Office and all other departments within the hotel.
- Ensure the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either the customers or other departments.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in the hotel system.
- Adhere to company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received
- Adhere to pre‑set availability and rate controls and ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.
- Maintain and update guest history and marketing database as per Front Office procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Age: 22-26
- Experience: 01 year or above is preferred, but not a must
- Education level: intermediate or higher (at least intermetdiate or college degree)
- English level: intermediate or higher (at least B degree or Toeic 500)
- Hospitality sofware: intermediate is preferred
- Responsibility, friendliness, courtesy
- Honesty and moral principle
